Questions

Kitchens & Baths: common questions

Do you handle the plumbing and electrical?

Plumbing and electrical work in Maryland requires separately licensed tradespeople. We coordinate that work through licensed trade partners and manage the schedule so it stays part of one project.

Can I keep using my kitchen during the remodel?

It depends on the scope. During the walkthrough we will talk through sequencing and whether a temporary kitchen setup makes sense for your project.

Who picks the finishes?

You do. We will give you guidance on what fits the budget and the space, and build the selections into your written proposal so there are no surprises.
