2. Estimates and contracts

Submitting an estimate request does not create an agreement. All home improvement work is performed only under a separate written contract signed by you and Preston East Solutions LLC that complies with the Maryland Home Improvement Law. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

3. Text messaging

Program: Preston East Solutions LLC Estimates & Appointments. If you opt in on our estimate request form or text us first, we send text messages about your estimate request, walkthrough scheduling, appointment reminders, and scheduling updates for projects you hire us for. We do not send marketing texts.

• Message frequency varies; up to 4 messages per appointment, plus occasional updates during an active project.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@prestonsolutionsllc.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to texts is not a condition of receiving our services.
• You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.

4. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or use automated tools to scrape it.
